Steve Vaughan handles legal affairs matters for the development and production of original live action and animated content for a major television/streaming studio, including drafting and negotiating above-the-line writer, producer, director and performer short and long form agreements. Steve also drafts and negotiates rights acquisition and option/purchase agreements, development, and production services agreements for original live-action and animated series. Steve also consults regarding copyright and trademark issues, including copyright terminations and reversions, and other pre-litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Steve litigated entertainment and intellectual property disputes at a major U.S. law firm with a focus on copyright and trademark matters. Steve graduated from USC Law School.
