Megan Shaw handles legal and business affairs matters for the development, production, and distribution of live action, animated and documentary films and series including negotiating and drafting option/purchase rights agreements, writer, producer, director, actor, and composer agreements, below-the-line production-related agreements for department heads, vendors, locations, and product placements as well as chain of title analysis as outside counsel for major motion picture and television studio clients including Amazon MGM Studios, Apple Studios, CBS, Paramount, Nickelodeon, and Warner Bros. Megan’s experience includes prior in-house counsel positions at Constantin Film, DreamWorks Animation, Arclight Films, Welk Music Group as well as at Loeb & Loeb LLP. Megan graduated from Loyola Law School.
