Lorena Gatdula negotiates and drafts development, production and post-production agreements for feature film and television live-action projects including contracts for rights, writers, directors, producers, actors, department heads, production services, tax incentives and special effects and visual effects services. She also possesses extensive experience in chain of title and derivative rights analysis. Before joining Film & Ink, Lorena was Vice President of Legal Affairs at Amblin Partners and, prior to her transactional practice, she was a civil litigator handling complex state and federal class action cases. Lorena graduated from UCLA School of Law.
