Kimberly Koslow has extensive experience in legal matters relating to the development and production of feature films and scripted series. She has drafted and negotiated rights and work-for-hire agreements relating to all aspects of scripted production on budgets ranging from $5M-$100M for both independent and studio productions. She has broad experience in production matters (e.g. music licensing and other clearances, location agreements, talent and crew deals); domestic and international distribution agreements; marketing, advertising, and publicity matters; and chain of title review. Prior to joining Film & Ink, Kimberly has served as in-house counsel at GK Films (formerly Initial Entertainment Group), a production company whose core business was with Warner Bros. in the form of an overall deal, and Starz Entertainment, where she drafted and negotiated acquisition agreements for home entertainment and VOD distribution for the company and its UK and Australia affiliates.
