Holly Fischer has extensive paralegal experience in both music and TV/film matters. At Warner Music Group, Holly managed music clearance and licensing with respect to custom product, including negotiation of extensions, drafting license agreements, and review of artist agreements and calculation of artist royalty rates. Holly’s experience with Ziffren Brittneham LLP involved a wide variety of music and TV/film matters including recording and publishing contracts, producer agreements, ASCAP/BMI registrations, licensing, touring agreements and artist and producer agreements for TV/film projects. At Film & Ink, Holly has specialized in reviewing artist and producer agreements and drafting talent, paid ad and marketing memos. Holly also handles various music clearance and licensing matters, review of credits, drafting of license agreements and related memos and review of marketing materials with respect to talent obligations. Holly earned her BA in English from UCLA.
