Duc Le structures, negotiates and drafts agreements relating to the distribution, licensing, marketing, and promotion of feature film, television and digital media properties along with providing analysis and legal advice on intellectual property rights, separated rights and revenue participations issues. Prior to joining Film & Ink, Duc served as an associate at Allen Matkins Leek Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, Ford & Harrison LLP, Haight, Brown & Bonesteel LLP, and Reed Smith LLP, where he worked on a variety of litigation matters relating to employment, government tort, product liability, and copyright and trademark infringement.
