Deborah Lytton represents clients in all aspects of entertainment law covering feature film production, finance, and distribution, television series live action and animation including option/purchase agreements and above-the-line agreements for producers, directors and writers, soundtrack composer and publishing agreements, live stage, review and analysis of legal and clearance issues, derivative rights research and analysis, marketing and social media clearance for domestic productions and international co-productions in addition to chain-of-title review and analysis.
Deborah has practical real world understanding of the issues, spending years as an actor on a daytime television series and appearing in over a dozen movies and television shows as well as being a multi-published author and a songwriter at a major record label.
