Deborah Lytton represents clients in all aspects of entertainment law including film and television production, distribution, financing, derivative productions, soundtrack, composer, and publishing agreements. She has a background in entertainment, business law, and litigation having spent the early part of her legal career working in-house with independent production companies, then in private practice representing entertainment and general business clients in the areas of finance, transactional, and litigation.
Deborah’s perspective on entertainment transactions is drawn from her unique background as a creative in the industry, spending years as an actor on a daytime television series and appearing in over a dozen movies and television shows, and as a singer/songwriter signed to a major record label. Deborah is also a five-time published author.
