Jill Courtemanche has a wide range of experience in content acquisition, licensing, formats, domestic and international television productions, independent feature film production, and marketing/publicity matters.

Prior to joining Film & Ink, Jill served as in-house counsel at Sony Pictures Television, Worldwide Networks and U.S. Studios, where she oversaw domestic and international productions, negotiated and drafted underlying rights agreements, development, production services, talent, and other production-related agreements for scripted and unscripted series, reviewed chain of title, handled day-to-day production matters including clearance, guild, insurance, and marketing/publicity matters, and negotiated and drafted a high volume of content license agreements with major U.S. studios and independent U.S. and international distributors for linear and on-demand exploitation. Prior to Sony, Jill served as in-house counsel for a boutique feature film production company where she handled all production-related matters from development to delivery of theatrical pictures.
