Alana Crow handles all aspects of film and television finance, development, production, distribution and exploitation, including negotiating and drafting operating agreements, investor agreements, literary option purchase agreements, life rights agreements, above-the-line and below-the-line production services agreements, worldwide acquisition agreements, and sales agency agreements. She advises clients on a variety of entertainment matters including, without limitation, rights issues, chain of title, derivative rights, distribution rights, and ancillary rights for all forms of media including, film, television, webisodes, podcasts, books, graphic novels, etc. Alana's clientele includes investors, producers, studios, networks, production companies, sales companies, distribution companies, writers, directors, actors, content creators, influencers and below the line crew. Alana graduated from Whittier Law School and UCLA with a BA in English Literature.
